      The commission plan is strong you have to put in the work and you will be able to get things done. The opportunity for growth is there if you are willing to put in the work and build. You get to create your own destiny.

      Not a place for people who can't self structure or self motivate Has consistent expectations to work

      Can't think of one positive experience.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
