      Pros

      Thank goodness for CEO Jessica Volpe, she keeps the Marlboro office going. I don’t know how she does it, but she keeps everyone’s spirits up and advocates for the temp and perm team.

      Cons

      Benefits and equipment could be better, needs better commission structure. A one time payment of $12 for every start is not competitive at all.

      Can't think of one positive experience.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
