      Cons

      High turnover rate Pays less than state/national average Only 2-3% yearly increase Pay by the hour (they will tell you to take the day off if you're even remotely close to going over 40)

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
