      It had decent work from home even before a lot of companies didn't practice it. Had kind of a familial environment within some of the teams.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic with past life mindset and refusal to change.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
