Pros

ALL the training and certs you can dream of, no other company I've worked for will give you this much training. There is a lot to get to know and you work on just about any and everything. The training is worth a young person who really is into IT, They pay for the Cert test and have some really Great quality Tech support guys so you don't feel like your out there by your self.

Cons

Pay and promotions, We service a wide variety of customers and the SOW for each varies and sometimes gets confusing.

Pros

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Cons

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
