Good tactics to attract candidates. Uses your capability and skill in every department, no matter what your skills, education or experience is. Experiment and see where you best fit in... career is not important..."better to get hired than fired" policy . Preplanned process/procedure, no need to use your own mind. The most dumb & person get preference.
Cons
Open culture: Just like any other fish market. Not much difference in hierarchy. Transparency: one realizes immediately that it was the wrong step to join. Salary: It keeps changing every month, consider it as demotion and promotion every month. Inexperienced management, keep implementing old ideas and strategies. New ideas are not welcomed.
