Pros
Management is typically flexible concerning time off Benefits package is ok, not great Coworkers are great for the most part, easy to get along with The executive team has kept the doors open, and they've turned a profit even in these rough economic times
Cons
Pay is low compared to other organizations, and corporate HR refuses to increase pay to keep competent, valued employees No raises for past three years Bonuses for salespeople only Senior management makes plenty of money, but it doesn't trickle down
