Pros
Good benefits including medical. Work from home until called out to customer's site. My Boss is 500+ miles away... no micro management. Well defined job responsibilities. Online training to get more I. T. certifications is provided and encouraged.
Cons
Compensation is okay but could be better. Mileage reimbursement is not as high as other companies. As with other large corporations of this size, you are going to deal with lots of red tape over things such as ordering parts and maintaining inventory. Doubtful to have a long career with this company. Your position is based on a contract with CompuCom's customer, and when it ends, so does your position.
