      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Work day begins and ends at home. Time off when needed for personal business. Self-paced training available if you like CBTs

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for growth or advancement. Seems quite often there is favoritism. No pay increases for cost of living.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
