Business Outlook
Pros
Work from home option is extremely beneficial for employees who live further or have young families. Group discounts and perks available for products and services outside of CompuCom. Vacation and sick days are slightly above others. Management is generally very good and approachable.
Cons
A lot of room for improvement in the health and dental benefits, actually got worst. Raises are very hard to come by, no raises for years. No incentives or employee recognition. Employees should have access to purchase company branded promotional materials (shirts, mugs, etc) at reduced costs, currently have absolutely no way of obtaining any of these.
