Pros

The training opportunities that are available through the HUB.

Cons

Compensation is poor for all but upper management. I had not seen an increase in over 4 years but the responsibilities and expectations got out of control. I was with Compucom for 14 years and when I gave my notice in early December I was told " Hate to see you go but wish you the best". The company wants to reduce costs and overhead, it is no longer about customer service. Upon my departure I did not hear from HR or management for an exit interview. Makes me not regret my departure.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Cons

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

Cons

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
