Pros
Free certifications, good for short term stepping stone to another company.
Cons
Little to no raises, not even cost of living. No advancement, management is more like a dictatorship, very demoralizing place to work. This might be an OK place to get in and get some experience and some certifications if you are new. It's unlikely you will ever get a raise or promotion. In fact at one point CompuCom figured out a way to cut the pay of most of the field service a few years back.
