      You will find mostly amazing co workers who are not only humble but helpful

      Cons

      The big boy at the top were all old. They loved doing things the old way without adapting. Brought in like 3 new CEOs who left promptly within a year.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
