      Its a job and we should be happy

      zero raises, benefits blow, i guess we should be happy they match 3% of 401k contributions after 2 or 3 years

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
