      hmmmm dont know if i have anything for this.. :-(

      Cons

      30 year old startup company. Once private, now public.. years of work ahead to change culture, mindset of long term employees. No direction, processes or procedures in place. Benefits are not good at all.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
