      Pros

      Since acquired by Office Depot, a lot of ground has been covered in a positive way.

      Cons

      Pay is below market average. As a field tech, pay has not gone anywhere, yet we are doing more. Conditions make it ripe for someone who is not satisfied to go somewhere else.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
