      The work was enjoyable and getting certified was accessible.

      Limited to no contact from upper management. Almost 10 years of empty promise of merit increase.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
