      People are good to work with for the most part

      Cons

      Management will always tell you you're going to get compensated but you never will. There are people there that have not had a raise for over 10 years.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
