Work from home. Middle Management is very supportive.
Cons
Lack of focus by senior management and sales. Don’t know how to properly solution based on customer needs against Compucom’s product offering. Some employees are satisfied with performing subpar. No raises or significant bonuses due to decline in sales and to ability to make targets. Finger pointing by Office Depot.
