      Pros

      Co workers are nice people. Health benefits are “ok” but lowered in only 3 years to poor.

      Cons

      No COLA, minimum PTO. Mgmt does not stand up for employees. No bonuses. Nothing to make you feel valued. Leadership is a mess- talking the talk but no action of substance. There is no reason to work here.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
