Pros

Was thankful the paychecks didn't bounce.

Cons

No annual raises, very low pay, benefits are trash, firings and quits happening weekly. No organization or corporate structure, management is desperate and unqualified. Don't work here, people quit a day or two after they get hired on, the rest start looking for other jobs immediately. The service desks are run like ones in undeveloped nations. Internet drops all the time in the entire building, phone lines go offline constantly. Ticket software is trash, freezes/crashes everyday. They have gone thru 5 presidents in the last 5 years. They don't take care of their employees, you will just be a #. They don't even run the heat in the middle of winter or its not working. They won't be around much longer.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
