      Company does not offer raises or bonuses, no growth or advancement, low moral, terrible leadership team, dysfunctional Finance team

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
