      Get placed as a contractor with some great companies

      Cons

      Bad review process, no raises, no promotions, told to go find another job and bring back proposal for them to consider if they want to give me a raise.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
