      CompuCom's leadership have conflicting visions and no one with the leadership skills to make any of them a reality. Employee contributions are not valued as the targets change without any communication through the rank and file.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
