      company vehicle, flexible schedule, and helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between dispatch, and manager. last minute changes to policy/schedules.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
