Pros

Company vehicle, fair PTO (though couldn't use it).

Cons

Low pay: position considered essential, but pay not equivalent to what retail clients who have essential employees are paying. PTO: Though PTO time is competitive, several different supervisors would not allow the use of PTO. At year end it was a scramble to use it or lose it. Since the job was to provide IT services to some major retail clients, taking time off during the Holiday season was prohibited.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
