      Pros

      If you are management family or friends, you are hired.

      Cons

      They treat employee as a slaves and talk to them badly with no respect. There is no communication process. They fire women's without any reason. Male interviwer asked questions to female candidate like are you pregnant, when you are planning etc.. totally making uncomfortable candidate. Fire pregnant women's directly.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
