      Work from home. Good help from other techs.

      Everything. Horrible management, Low pay. No chance of advancement. Positive reviews are by liars and management whores.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
