      Always trying to position the company to be sold, resulted in funds not being used for continuous improvements to the facilities and employee salaries.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
