      Pros

      It was a nice entry-level systems administration position which allowed me to get a lot of expose and grow.

      Cons

      Very little leadership. Very high turn-over rate. The moral of the company isn't great. Many promises have been made bet never kept so that I would take another position.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
