      Good place to work if not looking for much. Great working environment, great colleagues.

      Dead end job. You must be "sociable" to get anything. Performance reviews? What performance review?

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
