      There aren’t any to speak of.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Hardly any raises in wages but expectations through the roof. No good work/home life balance as schedule changes on a whim. No opportunity for growth.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
