There aren't any. They are lying to you.
Cons
The list is huge! There was a recent mass exodus of many good people - management and non-management. And there was good reason - they treated people horribly. They lie to their customers, don't follow any best practices or guidelines for anything in IT. Management seems to care about their bonus and absolutely NOTHING about the slaves.....I mean employees. If I were a customer - I'd be scared.
