      Great communication with a team. Great leads and head boss. Loved them all.

      Cons

      No increase pay for heavy work load. No bonus unless heavily fighting for.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
