      Work from home everyday so no commute, only have to go into office for special projects occasionally.

      Cons

      Little pay, promotions are not easy to come by, and upper management is disconnected from day to day of job.

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
