Pros
A great stepping stone that looks decent in your job history. PTO accrual is pretty decent once you get tenure, and will pay for certificates (if it gets approved and is within "budget").
Cons
Employees are paid well under market value, the benefits are abysmal, upper management is no where to be found, and the company would rather hire and pay consultants and a lazy payroll team than invest in in the development and growth of loyal employees.
