      Pros

      I would say a better company for IT Specialist. I must appreciate them as I have got to learn a lot from CompuCom. Being an SCCM & Intune Engineer I got lot of opportunities to nourish my skills.

      Appraisal is there but will be late.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
