      I used all of the spare time I had to study so I could get a far better paying career as a software developer.

      Too much red tape. Not much professionalism when it comes to raises.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
