      -Management and co-workers are great to work with! -Constantly learning and fine-tuning troubleshooting and customer Service skills - remote work

      Cons

      Vacation time does not roll over if unused Pay is "ok" but well below cost of living (as the norm with most companies) No college degree required (?)

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
