      CompuCom is a great place to get your foot in the door in IT if you have little experience or are returning to IT after leaving the profession for a while. There are opportunities to grow with hard work, and if you have supportive management.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the best on the lower rungs.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
