      Good collegial work atmosphere and the work place was comfortable. Salary was jn line with market conditiins.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities for career progression. Work can get monotonous and repetitive.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
