      CompuCom is a great place to start a career in IT. You will get decent pay and benefits and they do provide training for additional certifications.

      There is little or no opportunity to advance.

      No yearly pay raises. Somewhat difficult to move up unless you’re looking to get into management

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
