      Remote Availability is about it.

      Cons

      It's a clueless company with no clear direction. Service provider pretending it cares about products. Leadership is about dumb as it gets. Their new hire training is a complete joke. I learned really nothing the time I spend there.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
