Dear Anonymous Former Employee, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate your input. Also, thank you for your hard work while employed at CSI. I appreciate that too. Thanks for pointing out that we have some of the best employees. I couldn't agree more. We take great pride in the staff we have as they're our number one asset and priority. Management is focused on making CSI one of the best places to work. Thanks also for the suggestion of listening more to the staff. Our staff has been asking for better tools and we listened. We're building a state of the art registration technology platform that will give our staff the very best tools our industry has to offer. The staff has also asked for more training and we're doing that too. We've added more managers that will be able to provide better training for both new and veteran employees.
