Dear Former Anonymous Employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate the feedback. I'm glad you feel our staff is great. I feel the same way. Our staff is our number one asset and every decision being made is with their well-being in mind. I can assure you there has always been, and will always be, long term strategic goals. I think the mistake was that we didn't communicate them well to the entire staff.
