Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate the feedback. We did right-size during the height of the recession but during that time we also added entire departments. Currently our headcount is higher than it's ever been in our 38 year history. We are making a significant investment in our technology and by the end of 2015 we'll be on an entirely new, leading edge technology platform. It will be best plafortm in the industry.
