Dear Event Services Manager, Thank you for your review. I appreciate you taking the time to write it. I'm very glad to learn you like your coworkers and benefits. I'm also glad that you feel management cares about the employees. We do. We're certain our employees are our number one asset. Also, I hope you like the new building. It's "A" space and we're proud to call it home. Regarding our customers, they can be difficult. However, as a whole, the entire team does a great job servicing them. You're going to find that our new platform is going to make it infinitely easier to make them happy. It will be here soon. Thank you for the advice relative to training. We are always working to make the training better and we made some changes this year to the Professional Services Group that will improve it.
