      it's solid company with bright people who are helpful. the company is growing fast and are open to the sharing of idea's.

      Cons

      need to commit more resources to training and skills growth. Would be nice to have a clearer picture of career advancement path.

      Pros

      Decent work environment with reasonable benefits. Government division is doing good business and is the engine keeping the company alive.

      Cons

      Upper management for the commercial division lacks vision and has no real strategy to recover from business loss due to disruption from cloud-based services.
