Pros
I'm over sixty, and though that means that I've accumulated a lot of experience, it does not apparently guarantee equitable employment in California. I am ashamed that this state has not taken appropriate steps towards age discrimination in the workplace.
Cons
Although I have worked for Compunnel for over a year, I have not received a single paid holiday. Coupled with the fact that they (Compunnel) also tried to unilaterally reduce my overtime compensation (in direct violation of California state law) and moved my payday back one day (without asking me) - well you can see why they are lucky to receive two stars.
