Lack of good projects in technology department. No growth in terms of technical knowledge. Opportunities are given to self praising and old employees and based on how much buttering you can do for your boss or technology head. Gender biased management and department heads. Pathetic accounts, IT and HR departments. They have an unwritten and undeclared weird policy to hold on to your experience letter and releaving letter when you leave the organisation. Management wants you to follow school like timings in today's agile environment No fun activities, parties or subsidised food even when they deduct 1.5% of your gross salary every month in the name of employee welfare fund. No planning and support from seniors when you need help, only scrutiny and scolding in front of everyone. No planning to use existing talent and always interested in hiring new employees for even smallest of projects. They also have various internal projects and they keep updating those. People, who are working on these projects have to work day and night and put efforts on weekends as well, without any requirement.
